Andy Roberts was recently asked to present as part of a team, with his former colleague David Maltby, at the recent RICS annual Building Surveying Conference held in Nottingham.

The subject on offer was “Intelligent  Measured Building Surveys”, a topic in which Andy has extensive experience.  Andy has lectured on the subject at both Newcastle University and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Great George Street, together with technical level survey courses.
